Description
Learn about the Solar System, Earth, and Moon using
BINGO!
Includes:
28 BINGO cards
25 Clue cards and 25 Word cards
25 Solar System Vocabulary Words in the game:
Solar System, Axis, Tilt, Sun, Uranus, Venus, Earth, Saturn, Mars, Neptune, Jupiter, Mercury, Southern Hemisphere, Northern Hemisphere, Full Moon, New Moon, Quarter Moon, Crescent Moon, Gibbous Moon, Rotate, Revolve, Asteroid, Comet, Gas Giants, Dwarf Planet
Instructional Ideas:
For an easier game, use the vocabulary cards to read off to the students.
For a challenge, use the clue cards to read off to the students. With these, they will have to figure out the word from the clues read. The vocabulary word is also provided.
Students could play together as a class or independently in groups as a center activity. They could take turns drawing the cards (either the vocabulary cards or the clue cards).
If you have more than 28 students in your class, you could print some of the cards more than once. It would allow for duplicate winners, but would give everyone a chance to participate!
I have also made Solar System vocabulary cards for a word wall (or other uses). They would be a good connection to this game. Good luck at Solar System BINGO!
Thanks,
Nicole
