Description
Reduce, reuse, recycle! This workshop is a wonderful follow-up activity to use after learning about the 3 Rs and perfect for Earth Day. Students will 'recycle' an object at home and complete a writing and oral presentation workshop at school. This is one of my third grade faves!
In this packet you will find...
~ a letter to send home with students about the at-home piece of the project
~ a rough draft outline for a how-to/sequence of events writing in which the students will explain how they created their objects
~ final draft paper for the writing
~ a rubric to help with grading the written and oral presentations of the project
