Product Developer Career Exploration Lesson & Activities K - 5 Grades (business)

This K-5th grade career exploration lesson about Product Explorers includes: a 5 page lesson plan with learning objectives, bell ringer activity, mini lesson with vocabulary PowerPoint slides or cards, career video link, and 2 hands on activities - both of which have 2 graphic organizers that are differentiated for kindergarten - 2nd and 3rd - 5th grades. Student centered, experiential learning is a perfect way to students to engage and learn about in demand business careers such as a Product Developer by innovating and reinventing products, identifying the value to customers, and storyboarding a commercial to promote it. This lesson was designed to fit within a 35 – 45 minute timeframe, and it can be extended to go deeper in the topic or spend more time on the activities.

This lesson is completely ready to roll out - no prep other than set-up! It is great for in person and can be easily modified for distance learning.
