Description

This product contains higher-level thinking questions which ask students to determine why an author used specific strategies. It also has a poetry analysis activity which requires students to summarize sections of the poem and identify literary devices. There is a vocabulary identification chart and a literary device identification chart in which students must discuss the author's purpose for each device. Answers are provided for all activities.
