What educators are saying

My students enjoyed these boom cards and they were good practice on identifying the parts of a circle before moving onto finding the measurements! Thank you!
My students really love the self-checking and instant feedback of boom cards. They also love that they can try again to earn a higher score. Thank you so much!

Description

**Aligns to VA SOL 5.10

**Make sure to check out the preview to play the first 4 cards in this set!

These 32 task cards help your students review the parts of a circle. These task cards cover the following terms: chord, diameter, radius, center, and circumference.

The types of questions students will see in this pack are as followed:

-Read a definition and pick the term being defined

-Drag and drop pictures of circles to the part of the circle it shows

-Look at a circle and name the part being identified (ex: what best describes line segment BD)

-Find a part of the circle and name it using letters

-Determine the radius or diameter when only one is given

These Boom Cards focus on assessing student understanding of the parts of a circle. These cards are written using testing language to expose students to the rigorous testing questions they might see on their standardized tests. Questions include multiple choice questions, fill in the blank questions, and drag and drop. These cards are great for students needing to practice/review this topic or for teachers wanting to use more digital resources in their classroom!

Boom Cards are no-prep and paperless. They are great to use for whole group practice, small group practice, center work, independent work, or homework.
