Measurement Booklet (Common Core Aligned)

This scientific notebook will document your students learning and understanding throughout a unit of study based on measurement. The learning experiences are connected to Common Core Standards where students think critically, reason with evidence, compare and contrast, and infer to gain a deeper understanding of scientific concepts. This unit is tied closely to the investigations that are in the FOSS science systems but can be used with any measurement unit of study. Visible Thinking routines and language are present throughout the booklet and will encourage your student to think deeply and critically about metric and US systems of measurements.
