Description

This chart was made to help students keep track of how many facts they have learned. The students will graph how many facts they get correct. The chart goes from 0 - 100 on two different sizes: Letter size sheet of paper (8 1/2 by 11) - the increment is by 5; Legal size sheet of paper (11 x 14) - the increment is by 2. There are two tabs at the bottom of the screen to shift between the two sizes.

There is space at the bottom to place the date. There is also a way to use this for any type of fact fluency by circling the type being graphed (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division).

Each chart can be edited for your personal use. So, if you would like to go ahead and chart a certain form of fact, then you can delete the rest. If you want a smaller chart, you can change the increments.

If you do not have Excel but would like this file, please e-mail me at dfcgsw@yahoo.com and I can send you a PDF version of both files. The only problem with PDF is that you cannot edit.
