Are you looking for a kitchen cleaning checklist for your family and consumer science or culinary arts classroom kitchen? This is an editable checklist that can be used as a poster or a handout for students to check to make sure they have completed all clean-up steps before the end of the food lab.

Steps Include:

Ingredients- Returned to the proper location

Dish Towels- Dirty in laundry, Clean hung up

Oven/Stove- Turned off, Wiped down

Kitchen Equipment- Cleaned and returned to proper location

Counters/Carts- Free of any items, Sprayed and wiped down

Dishes- Washed, Dried Put in the proper location

Sink- Wiped clean/dry Soap, sponges, rags put away neatly

Floors- Swept Spills cleaned

Microwave (if used)- Wiped clean inside Wiped clean outside

Other- space for you to write/type in
