Description

This is a short, 4 lesson unit, teaching students to write a friendly or pen pal letter. Lessons are specifically directed toward writing letters to deployed soldiers, but contain adaptations for writing a pen pal letter to a peer.
Lessons are scripted direct instruction style making this a great choice for special education, ESL, or any time lessons need to be taught by non-certified staff.
Each lesson contains suggestions for differentiation.
