Getting Started on TPT: Tips for Creating & Selling Products

This 29 page resource contains everything you need to know to get your blog started. Having a blog is a great way to cross promote your shop (and your Pinterest account!) Many teachers selling their products on TPT decide to start a blog but might not know how to make their blog stand out when there are hundreds of thousands of new blogs created every day.

This product includes advice about how to create a blog niche, use keywords for Search Engine Optimization, make a screenshot with text, embed documents into your posts, create your own sidebar buttons, install a Pinterest gadget, show related posts under each post and more.

Note: Since the majority of teacher blogs I’ve seen primarily use Blogger, these tips and tricks are geared to Blogger blogs only and not toward Wordpress blogs.
