Description
This resource contains a cute, common core aligned literacy center for figurative language with a fun turkey theme.
This center covers the following literary devices/figurative language:
- Simile
- Metaphor
- Personification
- Hyperbole
The students read the statements on the turkey feathers and sort them onto the correct turkey body.
I have included a color version and a black and white version.
There is also a digital version of this activity, made for Google Slides. See page 3 of the PDF to access the digital version.
There is also a recording sheet and an answer key.
