Description
This activity has students draw a Fibanacci spiral using ruler, protractor and compass. Specific directions are given for creating the spiral in a variety of sizes. Included is information about the golden mean and how it applies to the human body. Students are encouraged to research more on the topics of Fibanacci numbers in nature and the use of the golden mean in design.
