Description
A very brief DBQ featuring a timeline covering the Space Race from 1959-1997. 3 questions. I use this mostly to connect with the Arms Race and have students expand the timeline further and I use this in interactive notebooks, and often have the students color-code anything having to do with communism or socialism with a pink highlighter (pink... red) and then choose another color (I usually had them use blue) for capitalism and for the U.S. I also use this with the PowerPoints "The Arms Race" and "The Space Race."
