This resource provides a Google Slides flipbook for your students to:

  • Look ahead to 2024
  • Reflect on what they should do more of. Less of?
  • Set an Academic, Personal, and Character goal for the New Year

Reflecting on the year and what worked well (and what didn't) allows students to think about what they hope for in the new year and enable them to set goals to make them a better student and a better person.

NEW YEAR GOALS FLIPBOOK in Google Slides

  • Slide 1: New Year New Goals cover page - students type their name to start their flipbook.
  • Slide 2: Looking Back on 2023 asks students to write about fun and special memories in the past year.
  • Slide 3: Looking Ahead to 2024 asks students to write about what they are looking forward to in the new year.
  • Slide 4: More/Less asks students to write about the things they want to do MORE to help them be successful and what they should do LESS of to be a better student and person.
