Before you can write or plan your writing you have to be able to think. Creative visualization is an effective and fun tool that allows students to focus and access their knowledge and ideas that are the basis for authentic, inspired and thoughtful writing in any genre. The teacher guides the students through the process and then students can use the process again on their own whenever they need help in the beginning stage of the writing process.
