Description
The “Broadway Kids” are busy preparing for their Christmas show when their director falls ill. Luckily he makes a call to Santa who solves the problem by bringing a few guest directors down from the north pole. They think they can improve the kids’ performance with some magical gadgets, but the kids teach them that all they need is the true spirit and magic of the season.
This Christmas performance package can be used by an elementary classroom teacher, a music teacher, a summer camp coordinator, a church children’s program, or a drama program instructor.
This show was originally performed by 60 students in my drama program (K-5th). I divided them into 3 cast groups of 20 students. However this show could easily be performed by less or more students depending on your class/classes and your stage.
Some grouping options are:
-One class (25 students) split into 3 cast groups
-Three classes each taking a cast group
-Six classes with two classes in each cast group
The cast groups are:
1. Christmas Tree group
2. Reindeer group
3. Caroler group
