Benedict Arnold: A Mock Trial

After learning about the life of Benedict Arnold, students will participate in a mock trial where they must decide if Arnold is guilty of treason or not. This is meant as a follow up activity after studying Arnold's life, so no research material is included. Included in this is a description of the mock trial, positions for each student in the mock trial, a rubric that can be used to grade the mock trial, and note sheets for the students to use while they conduct their own research to prepare for the trial.
