African Masks: This presentation explains the influence African Art had on Picasso's art. It covers Picasso's art and the masks that he directly borrowed from as well as the characteristics and purpose of 16 masks from different regions of Africa. There is are project directions and student examples included! This is a great resource for students working remotely in synchronous and asynchronous learning platforms.

Aboriginal Art: This 39 slide presentation showcases Aboriginal life, culture, the artists, and artwork inspired by Indigenous people. A brief history is provided with two video recommendations that capture the rich culture of Australia's Indigenous People and the theft that is occurring in the art world from those who are profiting from the Aboriginal artists' birthrights. This resource covers the struggles as well as the celebrations of these incredible people.

Rangoli Art of India: Rangoli is an art form, originating in the Indian subcontinent, in which patterns are created on the floor or the ground using materials such as colored rice, colored sand, quartz powder, or flower petals. This presentation has a variety of designs and a description of the art and its tradition.
