This 6-slide PDF PowerPoint presentation and accompanying notes are designed to help you teach children about emotions. The basic format is discussion, story, questions, activity, and mindful moment. I have suggested a story and activity, but the slides are designed in such a way that you can add your own. I have included answers to any questions posed, as well as a script for a mindful moment.
