This is a 1 day activity that directs students to build a double helix DNA model from pipe-cleaners (you'll need 5 different colors of pipe-cleaners). It has them label each pipe-cleaner color to a nitrogenous base and then has them assemble a specific sequence of bases that is listed in the lab.
