Calming Chart & Activites
This chart is designed for students who need constant breaks. I have set this chart up and have velcroed the activities to the chart. Once the student has completed the activity, he/she will place the activity under activities completed.
This really helps students who cant sit for too long. It has worked and will continue to work!

Goal Card
Goal card helps your child organize his activities. By keeping track of his accomplishments, he will be able to have a sense of independence. Print the template. Fill in the subject and write how many pages your child needs to accomplish for a week. Then your child will be the one to fill in the boxes. He/she will be the one to determine how many pages can he/ she do in a day. Let him/ her check once done.

Classroom Rules and Expectations Posters (Based on CHAMPS)
The CHAMPS classroom management system is used by thousands of school districts with much success. It is a proactive and positive system that clearly communicates desired behavior and expectations. Bathroom Passes
These bathroom passes can be used in many different ways. They are 2 sets per page to save paper. 9 passes per set, each with a different restroom/water fact.
I give these out to my students every quarter (so it averages to about 1 pass per week). I will either stamp or initial when a student wants to leave. They could also be cut out and handed in by the students. I allow my students to "roll over" unused passes for the next quarter or for extra credit.
