Mini Book Template - Editable
This is a 2 x 4 page mini book template with margins made in Publisher and totally editable at your end. It is a must have template for every seller as anytime you need to create a mini book, you just have to fill in your text and clips and you are ready to print.
Teachers can print blank mini books and have students write their own stories.

Mom Writing Assisgment
Each page starts the sentence in dotted font to have students trace. After the dotted words end there is space to have the students finish the sentence. Each page also has a drawing box. The sentences starters are;My mom is best at...My mom cooks the best...I love my mom because...My mom gives the best...There is a blank page with a drawing box and room to write their own tittle.

Magazine Match Up
I use this template for sight words but it can be modified for any need. I have students cut out sight words in magazines and glue them in the corresponding boxes.
Other ideas include:

Visual support for students who require a more structured form to use while completing the writing process. There is an area to write thoughts for the planning process and then writing it altogether. There are two different forms to use as I modified the form for my student as an intervention. The second one is colored coded.

Read along or post activity for Room on the Broom book. These worksheets are all WH questions. The visual guide helps those NON-VISUAL students with their reading/auditory comprehension.
