Six different food borne illnesses are described by way of a scenario for each one. Have students work in groups or pairs to deduce which common food-borne illness each character is suffering from. I've made this a race to excite the students. I have also had groups present a skit where each group receives one scenario and has to present it to the class. The six scenarios cover Bacillus Cereus, Listeria, E.Coli, Salmonella, Norovirus, and Botulism
