I have 15 years of experience teaching at the middle/high school levels as well as college and university teaching. I've taught Language Arts, Spanish & American Sign Language.
I teach my students through many interactive lessons. How can you learn a foreign language if you are not using it during the one hour a day that you have class? Students are reading, writing, listening and SPEAKING/SIGNING the entire time they are in my class. Many activities involve getting up and moving around the classroom.

I grew up in Latin America, which is where I first learned Spanish. I wrote and piloted the middle school American Sign Language curriculum in my county.
