I am an Early Childhood Special Education teacher in an inclusive, mixed age classroom in rural West Tennessee. Teaching young children, and especially young children with disabilities, is my passion! I am an advocate for play based learning, minimal technology, and developmentally appropriate practice.

I graduated as valedictorian from my High School in 2012. Upon graduation, I began my degree in Special Education at the University of Tennessee at Martin. I will graduated from UTM in December of 2015 Summa Cum Laude. I obtained my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in May 2019. I act as a trainer for the state of Tennessee in the area of early childhood special education.
