I have been teaching for 13 years. I am currently an At-Risk Teacher in grades K-6 for math and reading. I have also taught several grades K-6.
I like for the kids to be active, energetic, and full of engagement while we are all learning. A happy class = successful learners.
The best award is when the class gave me the Superhero of the year award!!
I have an elementary education degree. I have my masters in Mental Health Counseling and Psychology for students, families, and the community.
I am a book nerd and educator lover. Since preschool, I have never been away from the classroom, whether it is as a student or as the teacher.
