I am currently working as a K-2 special education teacher at a therapeutic public day school. My students all have social-emotional needs that have impacted their ability to be successful in an inclusive setting. My ultimate goal is for my students to learn coping and self-regulation skills to be transferred back to their neighborhood school.
My teaching style is whatever my students need. All of my students receive instruction at their individual level throughout the day with social skills built in.
