TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught piano for over 20 years and have been teaching middle school music for 8. I studied music at university, have always been part of band. While at university I took chemical engineering courses for fun! For the past 2 years I have taught half music (general and instrumental) and half grade 8 math and science. Next year I will be teaching all grade 8 math and science. I have a strong passion for music, dance/drama, math, and science. I am a level 1 Google Certified Teacher as well :) and love to incorporate technology into my teaching practice.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Whether I am teaching music, math, or science, I like to provide students with opportunities for hands on learning that is fun and engaging.
