TEACHING EXPERIENCE

The bulk of my teaching experience is with third grade ESOL kiddos. First I taught third graders in Mexico for two years, then in Honduras for three, and then in a sheltered ESOL class in Florida. I'm currently teaching third grade in a Dual Language magnet program.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love using Children's Literature throughout the content areas. I am a Whole Brain Teacher! Teaching in workshops is my preferred teaching style, although unfortunately not always possible/permissible in my district!
