Working as a Montessori teacher for the past 4 years has been an incredibly fulfilling and rewarding experience. Throughout my time in this role, I have had the opportunity to work with children across various age groups, from toddlers to lower elementary students. While I have enjoyed working with all age groups, it was my role as a toddler teacher that I found my true passion.
From the moment I stepped into the classroom as a Montessori teacher, I was captivated by the unique energy and curiosity that radiated from each child. The Montessori approach provided a rich environment where young minds could explore, discover, and develop at their own pace. One aspect that drew me to the toddler age was their incredible capacity for learning and their natural inclination towards independence. As a teacher, I embraced the philosophy of fostering independence and self-sufficiency in young children. I designed my classroom environment to encourage hands-on exploration, offering a wide range of materials and activities that allowed my students to engage in purposeful work.

My experience as a Montessori teacher, particularly as a toddler teacher, has been nothing short of transformative. The passion I have for this age group has only deepened over the years. The joy of witnessing the growth, independence, and love of learning in those young minds is an experience I cherish and look forward to continuing as I embark on future endeavors in education.
