TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hello! I am a first grade teacher in California. I believe learning should be engaging, interactive, and fun! I strive to create hands on lessons that stretch my students' understanding and allow them to tap into their creativity! I have experience teaching kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and of course 1st grade. Watching the students' love for reading grow as they become successful readers is one of the most rewarding things about teaching first!

I love to be creative and strive to make learning fun and engaging! I believe every child has something different to contribute and one of the most rewarding parts of teaching is discovering what makes learning "click" for each student.
