What's more fun than Connect Four? Playing Connect Four AND having attendance being taken! Your students will love you for this one. This is a great classroom management tool. Friendship Salad SMARTBoard Lesson

Natural, Capital, vs. Human Resources using the 3 Little Pigs
In a unit studying ancient Mesopotamia, the concept of natural vs. capital vs. human resources proved difficult for my students to differentiate. Using the tale of "The Three Little Pigs" student calls upon their previous knowledge to help fill in a chart based on the story.
