When It Comes Down to a Second (or Less!): Text, Experiments, and Calculations
In this fun, free, experiment and calculation activity, students get a feel for how much a person can do in a second, even a tenth of a second. First, they read a narrative about a time a basketball game was decided by a tenth of a second.
