Public Vs. Private Activity
This is a Smartboard activity reinforcing the concept of private areas and public areas. The activity is designed for both sexes. It has 10 slides of a picture that can either be private or public. There are 3 pictures of boys and girls on either side. They are either fully clothed, in a bathing suit, or naked (as represented by black censor bars!)
The way I use it is have the student define whether the picture is a private or a public place. We then talk why the picture is public or private.

Student Led IEP Meeting Format
This is a very student friendly eight Smart Board slide presentation designed for the student to be an active part in their IEP meeting. It provides an opportunity for them to share their understanding of their IEP and to set personal short and long term goals for life. I created this game for my Life Skills Class when I was teaching them about Logos. They loved it! I posted it on the SMARTboard and for each question, the students had to write down their answer on an answer paddle or dry erase board. They took turns coming up to reveal their answer. There are also some asudio boards so pay attention to pages that require you to listen. You can alter and change this game to your liking.Learning made fun!
