Preassessment Unit One Light and Life
Overview: Students will complete six interdisciplinary lessons that include four Common Core math and four Next Generation science standards. A ten question post assessment will cover the standards.
Story line: At the end the of this unit students will understand the science behind photo voltaic (PV) lighting technology. Students will scale individual PV technology to a school size project and study the global impacts. Learners will understand a story of ratios and proportional relationship
