Daily Paragraph Editing Practice - Fossils
In this activity, students will use their proofreading skills to edit 5 informational paragraphs about fossils.
These paragraphs are levelled for use in a fourth grade classroom, but could easily be used in higher or lower grades as well. They help students develop the CCSS Standard L.4.1 and L.4.2.
There are two main options for using these paragraphs in your classroom.
* Have students use the attached chart (or one of your own) to edit the paragraphs directly on the sheet – one per day.
