This is a lesson I created for a 21st Century Learning class I took. It integrates 21st Century skills and technology. This lesson is an inquiry into human relationships including families, friends, communities and cultures. Through the use of ePals.com students will investigate the question "how do families in the US live compared to families in other countries?"

This can be used as a presentation to teach students about the IB learner profile and the 10 character traits. I created and used this for my computer tech class to teach them how to create PPT presentations, and also taught them the IB learner profile while doing so. The students view this file as an example, and then they are instructed

Digital foot print -Digital Citizenship
I used these footprints with grade 5 to follow a lesson about Digital Citizenship. We discussed what a digital footprint and consequences of actions online. Students designed their footprints with the sort of information they would want people to know about them through their digital footprint - a lesson focused on the positive. This can be done with all age groups.Makes a great display for the classroom to go alongside a class IT essential agreement.
