IEP Goal Tracking Sheet
In order to keep track of IEP goal progress and to see if students are on track to meet their goals, my school created a tracking device. The students IEP is divided into 4 quarters for tracking purposes. Their baseline is subtracted from their goal and divided into the four quarters. This is a list of websites (in a Microsoft Excel file) which I allow my gifted students to visit during their enrichment / free time. They are required to visit each site at least once during the semester, and have to choose one on which they will write a full review. (It has to be one that they gave a rating of 5 on their list.)
