Class Recipe Book
I created this class recipe book last school year during virtual learning because it was an amazing way to showcase their heritage. The students all loved it so much, that I had 100% engagement and completion from all students, which was rare for virtual learning. They enjoyed sharing what they love to eat and how it related to their heritage. Most of the students enjoyed trying out recipes from others.
