Each pumpkin requires students to used Standard, Word, Base 10, and Expanded Form, as well as 10 more, 10 less, 100 more and 100 less. Great way to differentiate by assigning your own numbers for each student. I use these as a math center for my first graders. I laminate both sheets, and cut out the numbers. I store the numbers in a soap box container. Students draw a number and write the expanded form of that number using a dry erase marker. You could also use this as a hand out. This is fairly easy for most of my first graders, but could also be used with second and lower third graders.
