Superbowl Graphing and Opinion Writing Project K-2
I have always enjoyed using this math and writing project with my kids leading up to the Superbowl! Students choose a team to win and create graphs showing how many points they predict in each quarter. They wrap it up by turning their data into an opinion piece supported with reasons. Students are provided templates for bar graphs and pictographs, a page to analyze their data, an opinion organizer and leveled writing pages.
