This unit teaches the history of music in society and explores sound as a fundamental part of music, music in various cultures and in popular media. My class loved this, and I hope yours does too. Note Values and Counting Rhythms- Interactive Lesson Plans
This interactive lesson plan for Smart Notebook has several ways for students to practice counting rhythms and identifying types of notes.
