Bundled DHH IEP Goals and Objectives
As a Teacher of the Deaf with 11 years of teaching experience in both, classroom and itinerant field experience, I have had the opportunity to serve hundreds of Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Students in grades K-12.
Due to multiple requests, I have compiled all of my offered IEP Goals and Objectives into a 10 Page Word Document. These IEP Goals and Objectives include and focus on the following targeted areas:

High-Frequency Words Assessment: Sign Language & Pictures
This is a high-frequency words test I made for my student with a hearing impairment. Students sign the vocabulary word and receive a check on the line if they sign it correct. (Students without a hearing impairment can read the word for credit). The vocabulary word is bold-faced in a sentence and the student chooses the picture that appropriately represents the word. This assessment is very visual and would benefit not just students with hearing impairments. A great tool to use!

2nd Grade Vocabulary Cloze Procedure Test
This is a 2nd grade vocabulary test I made for my hearing impaired student. The first section is a list of words she had to sign, but a hearing student can simply read them aloud. The next section is set up to mirror a cloze procedure. Students choose the correct vocabulary word to place in the blank. Students use context clues and vocabulary knowledge to help them make the right choice. This test is made up of 18 questions.

Communication Mode Practice Log
Are your students learning Cued Speech, sign language, or another form of visual-spatial language (or any language)? Keep track of their practice time and help them relate hours practiced to skills improved. This can also be used for parents and professionals learning Cued Speech or sign language as a way to help them stay accountable.This is a great practice time log. I designed it specifically for Cued Speech, but it can be edited for any communication modality. Students log the date and time

The last 3 years I have been a teacher for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. I created this chart to help me keep track of students having their hearing aids daily. Everyday they are responsible for putting a sticker in each box (left and/or right). I file this sheet and it helps me with keeping data on their consistency.
