At my school we are required to turn into a phone log at the end of each month. I created this excel spreadsheet with monthly tabs on the bottom. At the beginning of each month I write each student's name. Then I document one time I spoke to the parent and briefly write what we discussed. How do you grade an oral presentation? How can you pay attention and write notes about the presentation at the same time?
