This anchor chart helps students write compare and contrast paragraphs with sentence starters and visualization. It is used as a guide for students to write their own compare/contrast paragraph. One page challenges students to find descriptions / definitions of the types of triangles (classified by sides and by angles) and one page is for types of quadrilaterals (parallelograms, trapezoids, and trapeziums). The pages can be used separately or together for a review of polygons. The sheets are in a guided outline format, so it is also a good link for English/ Language Arts lesson on how to set up a basic outline. An answer key (printed in red) is also included.
