Elementary Writing Prompts/"Scoot" Supplement
This is a simple list of 59 writing prompts that my students helped me to write. We discussed what we liked to write about and made sure to put them in prompt form. Also, there are several one-liners that would be excellent for a "scoot" game if you've ever played.

Adjective Clouds
While teaching adjectives, we were also learning about the different types of clouds and what they each represent. In creating a cross curricular activity, we created cloud books with the students. Each student chose a type of cloud and used adjectives to describe their cloud. They then created a story using these specific adjectives to describe their cloud. Included is the graphic organizer web, as well as a story map organizer for the activity.
