Parts of a Seed
Use this page to teach students the parts of a seed. Soak fresh seeds (We used lima beans) in water until they absorb water, the seed coat starts to come off, and they start to split open. Should take several hours. Students will each get their own seed and will be able to identify each part on their seed. They will tape each part of their seed to the bottom of their paper.

Earth Day Coloring Pages
Celebrate Earth Day with your students with some cute coloring pages! There are 12 coloring pages. They have children recycling, throwing away trash, using reusable shopping bags, saving electricity, saving water, "I love the Earth", children holding the Earth, "We love the Earth", and "Celebrate Earth Day!".
