This song was prepared with breaks in the music, allowing students to focus on "freeze" their bodies when the music pauses. The breaks are incrementally longer and difficult to predict, keeping novelty present during associated movement activities. Children are encouraged to move in all planes of motion (e.g. up, down, left, right, forward, backward, spin), as well as to move at differing levels of speed (e.g. fast, slow).
