Feelings like anger, sadness, disappointment, and anxiety may feel uncomfortable and might impact our daily lives and ability to do what is important to us. Even though we may not like these having these feelings, they mean our brains and bodies are reacting to our changing lives. While these feelings are valid, and we all feel them from time to time, we all have the power to help ourselves feel better. This project helps students feel comfortable talking about tough emotions and identify what c
