Boggle for the Smartboard
This is a Boggle game for the smartboard. Its FREE, all I ask is you leave feed back and/or a rating please!
This has extra letter pieces and a colorful template. To create a new game board just rearrange the letters or add in some new ones which are provided. It also has a timer feature to add a little intensity and a word bank to allow students to share words they found with the class.
Ways to use this:
1. Smartboard center during daily 5 or guided reading.
2. Early finishers activity.

Polar Express Smartboard "Race to the North Pole" Jeopardy lesson
This smartboard lesson is a (Polar Express Christmas Jeopardy-like) lesson that I made up for the smartboard. The questions are trivia questions from the book and movie. As students get the answer correct they go to a gameboard in which their train races another train to the North Pole. A Smartboard is not required. Argument Game (Practise persuasive / exposition / debating language)
This is a notebook slide adapted from a simple 'argument' game. I used this in my fourth grade class as a fun game to practise persuasive language.
Two students at a time (could be played in teams). Each student presses interactive dice which determines which topic will be argued. Students then need to give 2 arguments for their side. Class can vote on who had the better points. Winner can continue with new opponent.

Christmas/Holiday Brainstorm Game
This is a quick game to play during the holiday season that helps increase students' brainstorming skills.
Played like Scattegories, divide the students into groups. Have each group number a piece of paper or dry erase board from 1 to 12. One person in each group should serve as the recorder.
Press the letter tile, and groups must come up with a word or phrase (must be a noun) that starts with that letter. For example, if the letter is "s," they could have Silent Night for the song and star
